Job Description:

Key responsibilities will consist of:Liaising with overseas partners, suppliers & customers

  • Completion of entries and shipping documentation
  • Communicating with overseas agents as per requirements, updating them and solving problems that arise
  • Receiving and checking relevant import documentation
  • Charging files
  • Passing purchase invoices and dealing with any queries

To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in import operations
  • Attention to detail, adaptable and keen to learn
  • Commercial awareness with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills together with a real team player ethos
