Job Description:

Go are currently looking to recruit 2 x Stock Control administrators for a new exciting operation based at the London Gateway SS17 .

The successful candidates will be providing admin support to site operations in a brand new open plan office with onsite facilities . you will be responsible for ensutring all stocks are correctly accounted for and recorded accurately providing customer service suppport in a professional manner and environment

The role will also include working with fresh produce in a warehouse with 6 fridges at varying temperatures and a freezer. This role is 13 weeks temp to perm with an opportunity for rapid progression.

The Duties:

  • End to end stock control - Goods in, receipting, picking and dispatching
  • Checking in shipments - ensuring deliveries are correct
  • Working with a WMS system (Preferably JDA / Red Prairie)
  • Answering queries from Warehouse workers
  • Dealing with drivers - Directing them to the correct bay
  • Dealing with Customers
  • Dealing with Senior managers

Mandatory Skills:

  • Stock Control experience - end to end
  • Experience of using JDA / Red Prairie
  • Dealing with a variety of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication - Written / verbal
  • Ensure candidate is happy / has experience in a refrigerated environment

Working on a 2 shift rota 0600-1400 week 1 and 1400 - 2200 hours week 2 on rotation
